Ben Cat town’s Division of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, on August 5, coordinated with the Vocational Training Division under provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to organize a training course on the Project of “Giving vocational training for rural laborers”.
As planned, Ben Cat town set up the steering board of the Project till 2020, including 12 members. Tran Thi Thao, Vice-Chairwoman of the town’s People’s Committee was nominated as Head of the steering board.
During the training course, participants were taught some contents of the Project, including propaganda work, policies for learners, skills, training plans, training venues, inspection over the implementation of the Project, measures and relevant agencies’ role…
They also contributed ideas to the contents of the Project in line with the local demand. The implementation of the Project aimed to enhance the quality and efficiency of vocational training, increase laborers’ income, contributing to the shift of labor and economic structure to serve the local process of agricultural & rural industrialization and modernization.
