Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has just coordinated with Dau Tieng district’s Division of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to organize a training course on propaganda and consultancy of vocational training and employment.
At the training course, learners were informed of the Party and State's guidelines and policies on vocational education and training for rural workers. The training course also deployed a plan on implementing provincial vocational training project at primary level and for less than 3 months in the period of 2022-2025 with the goal of diversifying training occupations in association with localities ‘plans on socio-economic development, meeting labor market needs in terms of quantity, quality, structure of occupations and training levels...
The training course contributed to improving the local officials and civil servants’ ability to access, consult and share information in consulting, propagandizing and disseminating the Party's and State’s guidelines and policies on vocational education and training for rural workers; create a fundamental change in people's awareness of choosing occupations that suits their abilities, conditions and social needs.
