From July 5 to 23, provincial Department of Education and Training coordinated with provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to organize 30 training courses on prevention of violence against children, prevention of child injury and the Government's Decree No. 130/2021/NDCP.
Participating in the training course are specialists in charge of grades, principals, vice-principals of preschools, primary schools, owners of small babysitting groups, teachers, babysitters, representatives of students' parents.
They were introduced by staff from provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs' Department of Child Care-Protection and Gender Equality about 15 prohibited acts related to children, children's rights and obligations; the Decree on punishment for administrative violations in the field of social assistance and children. In addition, they are informed about the basic issues of abuse, violence against children; the forms of violence against children; the causes of violence against children and the impact of violence on children.
Students also shared about solutions to prevent violence against children with schools and educational management agencies, with families and State management agencies in the field of children.
