On the morning of August 1, the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, in collaboration with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, organized a training conference on Land Law 2024. At the conference, Bui Van Hai, Deputy Director of the Land Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, presented the main content and new points of the Land Law 2024, which became effective on August 1, 2024.
Accordingly, the 2024 Land Law (Law No. 31/2024/QH15) includes 16 chapters, 260 articles, an increase of 2 chapters compared to the 2013 Land Law.
