Tuition fees for 2023-2024 school year remain unchanged

Provincial People's Council has just passed the Resolution No. 19/2023/NQ-HDND on extending the implementation time of provincial People's Council’s Resolution No. 16/2022/NQHDND dated December 12, 2022 on "Regulating tuition fees for preschool children, high school students at public educational establishments in the 2022-2023 school year" until the end of the 2023-2024 school year.

Accordingly, the tuition fee for pupils at public preschools and general education establishments that do not cover regular expenses in urban areas is VND300,000 per person per month. In rural areas, the figure is VND100,000 per person per month... For provincial Center for Continuing Education and Professional Training, Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education with the general education program, the tuition fee is equivalent to the level of a public general education institution at the same level. Thus, the tuition fee for the 2023-2024 school year will remain unchanged compared to the 2022-2023 school year.

This resolution was approved by the 12th session of the 10th provincial People's Council on October 31, 2023 and took effect from the date of approval.
