Before December 31, 2014, we have to register and file the documents at the same time; now, registration was abolished but document filing which should be within 3 months from the date of employment termination. The unemployment insurance benefit based on premium payments and time: Monthly benefit of unemployment insurance policies is equivalent to 60% of average salary of 6 consecutive months before employment termination. The term of receiving unemployment insurance benefits based on months of premium payments: 3 months of unemployment allowances for unemployment insurance policy premium payments of twelve to thirty six months. After such conditions are met, every twelve months of premium payments should yield additional 1 month of unemployment allowances but not more than twelve months added up.
