That was the direction of provincial Party Standing Committee at a meeting on August 9.
Accordingly, the local health sector has been ordered to urgently recheck private medical facilities that are eligible to participate in isolation and treatment for F0 cases to soon complete procedures to grant licences to these facilities, ensuring timely treatment for Covid-19 patients.
Provincial Department of Health will further recheck biological products and medical supplies in order to be ready to provide them for each locality to well perform Covid-19 prevention and control; consolidate personnel, reorganize sampling teams to supplement resources for localities. The sector will also guide and support localities to collect samples for Covid-19 testing and take them to testing centers on time in accordance with regulations on the development cycle of SARS-CoV-2 virus. Provincial Party Standing Committee has also requested provincial Information Center for Covid-19 Prevention and Control and hotline 1022 to promptly receive feedback from people and send them to functional agencies and localities for timely settlement. Localities have consolidated personnel for quick response teams that work around the clock to support people in case of need.
For enterprises operating outside industrial parks and compounds, the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities have the responsibility to directly appraise and supervise Covid-19 testing for workers when participating in the "3 on-site", "1 route, 2 destinations" production models. Provincial Industrial Parks ‘Management Boards are responsible for coordinating with the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to well organize the input inspection stage for enterprises registering to implement the "3 on-site", "1 route, 2 destinations" production models. These enterprises are required to have pilot implementation with a small number of workers first. If reaching safe conditions against the pandemic, they will be licensed to operate under the above models.
Provincial Party Standing Committee has also requested relevant units to urgently set up an electronic map that reflects the overall data on the pandemic such as: Identifying red and blue zones of districts, towns, cities, wards, communes, hamlets, quarters; test results; vaccination results...so that the province is easy to monitor and have close instructions with the local real situation.
