The images of the bravety of ocean police, fishery control and fishermen in the zone illegally invaded by China through the action of settling oil rigs moved people’s hearts, prompting them to donate for the protection of the sacred sovereignty.In Binh Duong Province, through days, officers and people of the province have engaged in various activities for Spratly and Paracel Islands including donation drives and letters of sentiment to support the forces out their in the ocean and on islands.Biwase was one of the leading enteprises to donate. Aside from news updating, the company donated VND 300 million together with its partners of VND 200 million.Replying to the donation drive, many other enterprises have donated. Largest donation belonged to Becamex IDC with VND 1.1 billion, Binh Duong Minerals and Construction JSC VND 836 million. Meantime, Kim Oanh Real Estates JSC VND organized another donation drive calling upon its staffs to donate. On this occasion, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee donated VND 300 million to support Spratly and Paracel Islands.Of the same heartThrough various methods, the donation was all for Spratly and Paracel Islands. We were moved to receive the donation of Pham Dinh Thinh – a Grade 8 student, and Pham Dinh Thang – a Grade 4 student from Binh Phuoc B Quarter, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An Town. They decided to give all their saving in piggy banks at VND 700,000 to donate.

Ltd. in Viet Huong Industrial Park gave VND 500,000 to express his support of Spratly and Paracel Islands. The amounts was the money paid for his recent labor injuries.“My donation is humble but I want to support people on day and night protection of national sovereignty,” Cong said.Family of Mr. Ba in Lai Thieu Ward of Thuan An Town has donated VND 20 million.The donation may be small but the readiness was very meaningful. Member of Standing Committee of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Nhi informed of the support to the ocean and island territory.“We highly appreciate the donation of people and communities in supporting the forces of Vietnam in protection of our nation against the illegal actions of China installing their oil rigs within our water. The donation is truly meaningful this time,” affirmed Mr. Huynh Van Nhi.
