Over the past year, Vietnam-Singapore industrial parks trade union in cooperation with Vietnam – Singapore industrial park management board and functional agencies held sessions of instructing enterprises to well implement regulations of labor code.
Simultaneously, Vietnam-Singapore industrial parks trade union suggested enterprises to constantly hold dialogues with laborers in a bid to listen to their aspirations and timely solve their urgent requirements, consider and adjust wage and income and legitimate rights and interests of laborers.
In 2014, Vietnam-Singapore industrial parks trade union at all levels held instructions and training courses on negotiation skill, signings of collective labor agreements for more than 100 people who are trade union cadres and personnel of companies located at VSIP 2.
Until now, 110 grassroot trade unions negotiated and signed collective labor agreements successfully. In addition, 110 enterprises have established councils for labor protection.
