*Thuan An town now has a total of 99 schools, including 14 public preschools, 53 private preschools, 19 primary schools; 8 secondary schools; 3 high schools; 1 private secondary-primary school and 1 continuing education center. There are 30 out of 44 public schools with national standards. The quality of education at town-based schools has changed very positively. The whole town is now home to 13 meritorious teachers, 3 of whom still teach at town-base schools.
*Di An town now has 25 schools nationally standardized and more than 99% of qualified teachers. In the 2013-2014 academic year, there were 100%, 96.1% and 99% of pupils with primary, secondary and high school graduation, respectively. Especially, the rate of pupils passing the 2014 university/college entrance exam reached 59.14%, up 2.34% compared to the previous school year.
At the get-together, Di An town’s Division of Education and Training awarded the certificates of merit of the Ministry of Education and Training to Di An secondary school and 4 individuals. 29 individuals also received the certificates of merit of provincial People’s Committee Chairman; 20 others were recognized as emulation soldiers at provincial level in the 2013-2014 academic year…On this occasion, there were additional 3 teachers winning the title of “meritorious teacher”.

The quality of education at the school was constantly improved over the past years. In the 2013-2014 academic year, the whole town had 14 out of 31 school nationally standardized or 45.1% of total. On this occasion, one individual and one collective were awarded the certificates of merit of the Ministry of Education and Training. Ngo Quyen primary school and Thanh Tuyen high school received the emulation banners of provincial Party Committee. Many other individuals and collectives were also honored by provincial People’s Committee, provincial Department of Education and Training and the town’s People’s Committee.
*Currently, Phu Giao district has a total of 37 public schools, comprising of 29 with national standards. There are also 13 private nurseries. The quality of education at district-based schools has reached constant improvement with 99.86%, 97.39% and 99.82% of pupils getting primary, secondary and high school graduation, respectively…
At the get-together, the district’s sector of education and training awarded the certificates of merit to outstanding collectives and individuals in the last academic year. There was a teacher winning the title of “meritorious teachers” while 81 others were awarded the mementoes of “For the cause of education”.
