The Most Venerable Thich Hue Thong said that following the spirit of the Vietnamese Buddhist Association Central Committee on the program of "Computers for children to cultivate wisdom" and the calling of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Duong province on supporting the program of "internet connection and computers for children", the Vietnam Buddhist Association Administration of the province mobilized monks and Buddhists to donate VND 100 million and transferred it to the provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee for consideration and support students with difficult circumstances.
This is the heart of Binh Duong Buddhist Association to contribute to the sharing and helping of disadvantaged students in the province have the means to study online during the time of social distancing. Through the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of the province, it is expected that in the near future, the Vietnamese Buddhist Association of province will implement more scholarship supporting programs for students with difficult circumstances and orphans due to the Covid-19 epidemic.
