This figure was officially announced by Provincial People’s Committee in the 94th session on Mar 24. Accordingly, in the first 3 months, the province handled the difficulties, directed localities to accelerate compensation, support and resettlement of construction projects funded by provincial budget. Thus, the total value of capital construction investment in the province of the first 3 months was 988 billion VND, reaching 15.3% of annual plan.
According to PPC, in the above investment capital, provincial capital reached 16.3% the year-progress; capital of districts, towns and cities reached 10.5%. This proved that projects funded by provincial State budget managed by district, town and city had slower disbursement process. Thereby, PPC asked localities to review, assess the project progress of transport, education - training, health sector in order to promptly remove difficulties and further accelerate the implementation and completion of projects.
