Despite the lasting of 5 years, Vocational Junior College Number 22 of the 4th Corps has made breakthroughs in to contribute to the training and supplying high quality workers in the cause of socio-economic development and military logistics.
Located within Song Than 1 Industrial Park at Di An Ward in Di An Town, the college is harmoniously constructed with modern teaching equipment and standardized teaching staffs of university and postgraduate qualifications. The dormitory covering nearly 5,000 square meters of the collect can well satisfy the accommodation of about 800 trainees. Besides, the areas of cultural and sports activities cover over 5,000 square meters and work as an ideal place for cultural and physical training. Colonel Hoang Tho Luat, the President of Vocational Junior College No. 22, informed that on knowing that some trainees had been facing great challenges in renting accommodations and that some had even quit their training due to accommodation hardship, the board of trustees have constructed a dormitory to ensure their training while contributing to quality improvement of vocational training and worker supply in Binh Duong Province and regional localities.

The college, on survey of labor market and demands of enterprises in the industrial parks, has determined that multi-career training could satisfy social needs and prompted to locomotive fields of car, metal processing, and industrial electricity and electronics. After enjoying effective and scientific training programs, the graduate trainees are qualified for their career with highly disciplined, industrial working style, and ethics. Many have been employed at enterprises and establishments of their internship. Thus, majority of them on fulfilling their training programs can find good jobs. Enterprises also highly appreciate the training quality of the college.
Mr. Nguyen Van Canh, Director of Dai Phong Vi Corporation informed that his company has employed tens of trainees of the college by their training cooperation. Thus, the company continues its cooperation with the college to obtain employees suitable to production and business of the company for the time to come.
Currently, the Job Introduction Center of the college has built up connections with factories, establishments, enterprises, and industrial parks across Southern provinces and cities to ensure 40-50% of jobs for their graduate trainees. Particularly, the college has recommended various graduate trainees to positions of relatively high income. In 5 years, the college has trained up to 16,000 trainees, thousands of whom are military soldiers after fulfilling their services in the army, at elementary and intermediate levels to timely satisfy needs for labor of the locality and southern provinces and cities.
Mr. Nguyen Phung Trung, Deputy Director of Binh Duong Provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs informed that by supplying the quantity of about 5,000 trainees, most of whom would be employed, the Vocational Junior College has importantly contributed to the training and supply of high quality workers in the stage of industrialization.
