Vocational training for rural laborers has over years upheld efficiency and been responded by numerous people as well as improved people and community’s awareness on vocational training in the society. From now till 2020, BInh Duong annually needs to recruit over 50,000 laborers. However, some localities have faced restrictions on mobilizing people to join in vocational training classes, despite good investments in equipment and material facilities.
According to Di An vocational training school principle Kieu Giac Ngo, “the common difficulty lies in learners’ asynchronous participation in vocational training classes. It is very difficult to recruit local rural laborers for vocational training classes”.
The provincial Job Center vice director Bui Van Kieu, said “Vocational training for rural laborers in remote communes is very important, however the center has encountered some obstacles such as low wage for teachers, low expense for renting teaching facilities, shortage of materials for teaching models and among others.
According to the provincial steering board of project of vocational training for rural laborers, most of learners must support their families while joining in vocational training classes, so quantity and quality of the classes remain low. In addition, sources to support the classes are in a big shortage and so on.

To excel the project, it is necessary to have positive participation from departments, agencies and sectors through promulgations and consultancies.
In the new period, Binh Duong will continue to implement policies for learners. They include school fee assistance and other expense for rural laborers, ethnic people, disabled people and so on.
Additionally, Binh Duong will offer loan assistance from rural laborers after graduation.
