In addition, vocational schools have a business relationship office to introduce jobs to trainees, help businesses find the right candidates. For vocational training in the coming time to be effective, the department will further improve mechanisms and policies to encourage laborers to attend vocational training, especially rural laborers; attract good pupils and students to become job-training teachers; strengthen vocational guidance and guidelines of the Party and State on development and vocational training, contributing to labor and economic restructuring, meeting the province's socio-economic development plan”.
