Visiting Provincial Center for Vocational Training for the Disable is to meet relatives of the trainees and to feel their joy. The joy is that their children could overcome disability to earn for themselves. For the result, the efforts of managers and instructors have paid off.

The Center offers various industries requiring healthy employees including computer science, electronics, electromechanics, textile, silk printing, and weaving. At the weaving class, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lai is experienced in instructing people of disability who may not comprehensively follow, requiring her to start over her instruction.
To help the trainees stay open, the instructors have to grasp up their behavior to instruct; however, the challenges have not turned down determination of the instructors here even once.

Mr. Nguyen Cuong, Head of Vocational Training Office of the Center informed that majority of the instructors had been with the Center from the date of establishment. Overcoming difficulties, they have fulfilled the duty of people training. To show gratitude to instructors, many parents have donated gifts and encourage them to continue with the training career.
Tears of joy!
After each training course, the Center shall organize conclusion session and start new course. In 2013-2014 period, the Center has 75 trainees, of whom, 7 have graduated. Holding the vocational training certificates, their parents gave them more hope in life.
Tam was an example of such joy. After 4 years of hardworking, his efforts paid off to overcome his underdeveloped life.
He gave hope to many others as an example of overcoming diseases and disability to gain.
Attending the concluding ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Phung Trung, Deputy Director of Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs said: “I appreciate the kindness of managers and instructors towards the trainees. They have overcome the inferior thoughts to earn for life. However, to promote effectiveness of vocational training for people of disability, enterprises should extend their hands to help. Currently, many people of disability can not attend any vocational course. This requires more coordination to resolve the issues of helping people of disability.”
