In 2005, Ben Cat High School Voluntary Team was established. From its very first days of establishment, teachers and students of the school Youth’s League Executive have equipped its members with basic skills and knowledge of the league activities to promote movements within the school and out there in the society.

Ben Cat High School Voluntary Team is visiting Vietnamese heroic mothers Upholding the spirit of volunteer, devotion, learning, and training, over 100 members have been integrated into meaningful activities and passion of learning and creativity.The team has coordinated with local paramilitary forces to maintain traffic order and safety at the school gate while keeping frequent visits to Vietnamese heroic mothers and children at charity homes of Chanh Phu Hoa, Huong Duong, and etc.On special holidays of mid-autumn and Children International Day, the team usually prepare gifts of candies and lantern to give away during their meeting show with children in hardship across pagodas and supporting homes.Mr. Vo Nguyen Ngoc An, the team leader, said that the school Youth’s League has been organizing trips to historical sites of Rung Sac, Cu Chi Tunnel, Vo Thi SAu burial place, etc. so as to educate student patriotism in a united tie.This year, the school league is planning to establish sub-association of youths of the school to equip the members with basic skills and be readied for activities and movements.Being energetic and active, the team members still stay focus on their learning.So as to help them with knowledge supplementation and learning experience sharing, the English club was set up together with other subject groupings.In 2012, the contest of young creativity organized by Provincial Youth’s League saw participation of its 2 members.Vo Nguyen Ngoc An, student to Class of 12C12 said: “Under voluntary spirit, I have been trained with many skills applicable to movements and daily life.”In nearly 9 years of operation, the Provincial Youth’s League has appraised active voluntary spirit of student generations to encourage them to promote growing organization.Reported by Tam Binh – Translated by Vi Bao
