was the conference to honor outstanding laborers in ensuring order and security
at enterprises.

Along to opportunely honoring outstanding laborers in keeping order and security at enterprises, VSIP’s Trade Union is actively preparing for the 2014 conference honoring advanced laborers. Around 75 laborers will be honored at the conference. According to Dang Thi Kim Chi, Chairman of VSIP’s Trade Union, they are outstanding staff with creative spirit, contributing to increasing labor production, bringing practical efficiency to enterprises, minimizing environmental pollution…
The conference also aims to opportunely honor outstanding laborers while promoting the emulation movement of “Well working”, “Creatively working”.
Creating useful playgrounds
VSIP’s Trade Union over time also organized many useful playgrounds for laborers, contributing to taking care of their lives. The 12th Charity Day co-held by VSIP’s Trade Union and VSIP Joint Venture Co.Ltd. was a typical example for this.
Apart from its charity goal, the day took place with many fun-filled activities for workers taking jobs at VSIP and neighboring Ips. The day absorbed thousands of laborers and one of its highlights was a jogging raising funds for charity activities.
Tran Van Binh, Chairman of VSIP’s Trade Union said that the VSIP Charity Day was a significant activity for laborers after hard working days.
Over the past days, laborers at VSIP were also very excited with the 2014 VSIP women and men’s volleyball tournament to mark the 85th anniversary of Vietnam’s Trade Union. With 21 teams from trade union locals, the tournament created an useful playground for laborers.
Ms.Chi affirmed that VSIP’s Trade Union has always accompanied laborers. Together with opportunely honoring outstanding laborers, VSIP’s Trade Union over time paid attention to protecting laborers’ legitimate rights and interests. Particularly, the Trade Union mobilized organizations and individuals to raise money for the “Mutual affection and mutual love” fund in a bid to take care of laborers’ lives.
The Trade Union also sped up propaganda work to raise laborers’ awareness of law compliance, made efforts in protecting their legitimate rights and interests…Especially, the Trade Union teamed up with the VSIP Management Board and the local functional agencies to further remind and guide enterprises to well implement the State’s regulations; suggest enterprises to regularly organize meetings with laborers to opportunely grasp and deal with urgent matters relating to their legitimate rights and interests, helping them keep their mind on work.
