To celebrate the events on the occasion of New Year's Day 2025, Binh Duong provincial People's Committee has sent a document to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requesting approval for a fireworks display.
On December 17, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism agreed to the proposal from Binh Duong province. Accordingly, Binh Duong will organize a low-altitude fireworks display (with 150 launchers) at the Binh Duong provincial Administrative Center from 9:00 PM to 9:15 PM on December 31, 2024.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also requires that the organization of firework displays must comply with the regulations in Decree No. 137/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020, and Decree No. 56/2023/ND-CP dated July 24, 2023, of the government to ensure security and order, absolute safety in fire prevention and fighting and not to use State budget funds.
