Binh Duong Vocational Junior College in Di An town has continuously organized consultancy programs, meetings with businesses in each skill group and job fairs. According to statistics, 90% of the school’s learners have got jobs after graduation.
Nguyen Thi Hanh, Principal of the school said that linking with businesses has brought high efficiency, helping learners feel secure with their learning as being guaranteed on employment after graduation. This is a proper way in the task of training human resources and creating jobs for laborers in the current period.

The linkage has also helped businesses ensure workforce for their production and business while cutting the costs of workforce retraining, thereby helping increase their financial benefit.
Huang Pen Yuan, Deputy General Director of King Riches Vietnam Company at VSIP 1 said that the company has operated in Vietnam for 15 years. If not being supported by vocational training facilities, the company would face a great pressure in seeking human resources. Hence, the company has always contacted vocational training facilities when needing laborers. The company has also supported vocational training facilities by receiving trainees, thereby sorting out outstanding ones to serve its production and business.
Thanks to linking with Dong An College of Technology, Nam Thien Truong Trading-Services-Precise Mechanical Co.Ltd. in Di An town has saved a huge amount of money as not having to make workforce retraining. Therefore, the company has partially extracted its benefit to support the school.
