Whole province has over 560 residential areas with "Safety in security and order" standard

Early April 6, provincial Police Agency held a conference to review the one-year implementation of the Ministry of Public Security’s Circular No. 124/2021/TT-BCA dated December 28, 2021 regulating residential areas, communes, wards, townships, agencies, enterprises and educational institutions with the standard of "Safety in security and order" (briefly called the Circular 124) and implement a number of documents in the field of building the “All people protecting national security” movement.

Over the past time, provincial Police Agencies at all levels excelled at guiding and coordinating in disseminating the Circular 124 and documents pertaining to Party committees, local authorities and units in many ways, thereby contributing to raising awareness of the roles and responsibilities of the heads of the units and the people about the meaning and importance of the “All people protecting national security” movement.

The implementation of the Circular 124 brought into play the synergy of the entire political system and people in grassroots crime prevention and control. After one year of implementing the Circular 124, the Chairpersons of district-level People's Committees issued decisions to recognize 89 out of 91 communes, wards and townships and 690 out of 721 agencies, enterprises, educational institutions and 563 out of 585 residential areas as the ones meeting the standard of "Safety in security and order" in 2022.

On this occasion, provincial Police Agency announced and awarded the decisions of provincial People's Committee Chairman to recognize the units meeting the standard of "Safety in security and order" in 2022 and organize the signing of the implementation of agencies, enterprises and educational institutions with “Safety in security and order” in 2023.
