Restrictions
However, women cadres’ work remains restrictions. Specifically, planning structure on woman human resources has yet to reach the set requirements. In addition, training for woman cadres remains low.
The main reason lies in esteeming the man and despising the women. Many units have yet to excel planning and training for woman cadres. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang shared “many people have yet to realize women’s sacrifice while view on woman’s role and position remain restrictions and seriousness”.
Solutions
At the meeting, many measures were set out. They included requirements of excelling the law on gender equality, giving priorities in selecting and recruiting female human resources.
Nguyen Minh Duc, former secretary of the provincial party committee, said to solve difficulties in woman cadre work, it is necessary to spur further rotation work to facilitate woman cadres’ development and to give priorities for them.
The provincial party committee standing vice secretary Vu Minh Sang assessed woman cadre staff has been improved in quantity and quality. Many of them have held crucial positions in the Party organization and authorities and mass bodies at all levels.
However, woman cadre work remains restrictions, owing to slow renewal of awareness, Confucian thought. It is therefore necessary to improve the reasons for the sake of excelling woman cadre work.
