On Sep 29, Women's Union of Phu Giao District kicked off a video clip-composing contest to promote Vietnam's Ao Dai.

To participate in the contest, each local Women's Union in the district composed a clip to introduce and promote the image of Vietnamese Ao Dai, with the duration from 3 to 5 minutes. Video clips are posted on fanpage of the district Women's Union. Video clips were scored 50% by the judges and 50% by online votes. The voting time is from the date the clip was posted on the fanpage (Sep 29) to 16:00 on October 8.
Currently, the contest has received many video clips from union branches such as: Phuoc Hoa commune, Phuoc Vinh town, Tan Long commune, An Thai commune, Phuoc Sang commune, Tam Lap commune... Each clip was combined with comments on the meaning of the traditional Ao Dai, images of members and union staff wearing Ao Dai.
According to leaders of the district Women's Union, the contest aimed to honor the value of Ao Dai in social life, arouse the pride and responsibility to preserve and promote Vietnamese cultural heritage among staff and women members...
