In preparation for Women's Congress at all levels tenure 2021-2026, Standing Committee of Provincial Women's Union advised Provincial Party Committee to issue Directive No. 45-CT / TU dated 17th Sep 2020 on the leadership of Women's Congress at all levels for tenure 2021-2026, in which all-level unions will focus on the most meaningful and practical works.
Truong Thanh Nga, Chairwoman of Provincial Women's Union, said that directives on congresses must follow documents and instructions of the Presidium of Central Women's Union, Standing Committee of Provincial Women's Union on consulting, developing plans, programs, documents, staffing. Provincial Women's Union also organized meetings to collect opinions, comments on draft political reports of unions at higher levels and at the same level; targets, tasks, breakthroughs, and prioritized issues to be implemented in the 2021-2026 tenure must be close to needs, aspirations and legitimate interests of members, women, children, especially vulnarable women and children. Women Union's congress resolutions must be intergated into political tasks, local movements and campaigns, how to make resolutions must really come into the life of every woman member.

Women Union's congress at all levels is not only an important political event of all classes of women, female officials of the country in general, Binh Duong province in particular, but also a festival of women. After each term, congresses marked the continuous growth of this union in the process of task performance according to its functions, authority and gender equality, always meeting and exceeding set targets.
Learning from experience of previous congress terms, the implementation of some key congresses is necessary, is a consistent expression in the direction, leadership and implementation of tasks at all levels. In this term, Standing Committee of Provincial Women's Union performed key congress at two levels: Grassroots Women's Union (Women's Union of Phu My ward will hold congress on 1 and 2 April 2021; Congress of Phu Giao district Women's Unionwill take place in early Q3-2021). At present, directions and preparations for congresses are completed. From grassroots to provincial level, all follow the proposed plan, progress is on schedule.
Provincial Women's Union also encouraged union at all levels to register for project performance to successfully celebrate the 13th National Party Congress, election of the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils' deputies at all levels. Each district, town, city women's union carried out at least 2 practical works or projects to take care of material and spiritual life of women, children and female workers in difficult circumstances; show gratitude to former union officials combined with patriotic emulation movement. The implementation of emulation projects will take place throughout the year 2021 to advance towards the 11th Binh Duong Provincial Women Union's Congress, term 2021-2026.
Regarding preparations for key congresses, Provincial Women's Union has received attention and support in all aspects of Party Committee of Thu Dau Mot City and Phu My ward. Provincial Women's Union, Women's Unions of Thu Dau Mot City and Phu My ward also promptly exchanged information, understood directives of superiors and coordinated synchronously. In general, the preparation for key congresses is finished.
Some major contents that women's union at all levels need to focus on in the next term are propaganda and effective implementation of emulation movements: "Women cultivate good values of Vietnamese families"; continue to carry out the campaign "Building a family of 5 No, 3 Clean"; disseminate and pilot "5 No 3 Yes" directed by superior unions; direct and instruct women unions at all levels to implement two breakthroughs, apply information technology in the direction and organization of union activities, and diversify methods of gathering women.
Prioritized issues during the term can be mentioned, such as: to improve capacity, quality of staff of all-level women unions; continue to take good care of vulnerable women (poor women, disabled women, women workers in lodging houses), and encourage women members to implement civilized lifestyles in urban areas and new rural construction.
