To encourage the spirit of new female recruits, the Women's Union at all levels organized delegations to visit and give gifts to their families.
Women's Union of Thuan An City and Women's Union of Binh Hoa Ward visited and encouraged two new recruits who volunteered to join the army in 2025. One of the recruits, Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, is the only female recruit from Thuan An City. She has graduated from university and decided to join the army to continue her family's tradition of military service.
In Thu Dau Mot City, the Women's Union also organized a delegation to visit and support Dao Vu Khanh Linh, a 2001-born recruit from Phu Cuong Ward. Khanh Linh voluntarily enlisted in the army, even though she had graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting. With a spirit of resilience and a desire to face challenges, she is eager to experience military training and dedicate her youth to serving the Fatherland. As a result, she decided to set aside her future plans to join the army.
In Di An City, Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Thuy, Vice President of Di An City Women's Union, also visited, encouraged, and gave gifts to female recruits joining the army in 2025. It is known that this year, the whole city has 235 citizens recruited for military service (185 citizens performing military service and 50 citizens performing People's Public Security service, including 1 female recruit, Hoang Nguyen Linh Chi, born in 2000, Dong Hoa ward). In this year's military recruitment, Women's Union at all levels of Di An City also gave 126 gifts, worth more than 40 million VND, to new recruits.
