Women's Union of Thuan An City and Women's Union of Binh Hoa Ward visited and encouraged two new recruits who volunteered to join the army in 2025. One of the recruits, Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, is the only female recruit from Thuan An City. She has graduated from university and decided to join the army to continue her family's tradition of military service.

It is known that this year, the whole city has 235 citizens recruited for military service (185 citizens performing military service and 50 citizens performing People's Public Security service, including 1 female recruit, Hoang Nguyen Linh Chi, born in 2000, Dong Hoa ward).
