Ltd in Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP I), who was just vaccinated on August 6, excitedly said: "The first time I went for the injection, I felt nervous, but when I got to the vaccination site, the doctors and medical staff guided me through the procedures and checked my health before the injection; that was very dedicated and thoughtful to help me feel more secure. After the injection, I only had a slight fever and feel a bit sluggish. During the current complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, I feel very fortunate to be vaccinated and feel secure to work. I wish all workers would be vaccinated.“
According to Mr. Nam, even though he has received 1 dose of the vaccine, he is not subjective and would still strictly implements epidemic prevention and control measures.

Mr. Luong Xuan Hung, a worker at Thanh Thuy Food Processing and Packaging Company Limited in VSIP I, also recently received a vaccine against Covid-19, said that as well as many other workers, at the company, he was very excited and felt more secure to work. “Hopefully, in the near future, the State will soon support the second injection and all workers living and working in Binh Duong province will be vaccinated for immunity and could return to work soon as everything is back to normal. After being vaccinated, I still strictly adhere to the epidemic prevention and control measures, the "5K" at work as well as at the place of residence," said Mr. Hung.
Eager for enough vaccination
Mr. Dong Van The, Chairman of Thanh Thuy Company's Trade Union, said that as the epidemic situation was complicated and the number of infections increased including many infections in the factory affecting lives and jobs of the majority of workers as well as production activities of the company, it is very necessary and important for workers of the company in particular and workers in other companies in general to be vaccinated at the time. Thereby, the vaccination would help workers feel secure to work and ensure safety and disease prevention in the factory. As of August 6, 2021, Thanh Thuy Company has a total 271 employees, of whom, 208 are working in "3 on the spot" requirements for more than a month and have been given priority to be vaccinated. Currently, the company has 176 people who have received the 1st injection and 20 people who have completed the 2nd dose of Covid-19 vaccines. And Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huy, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Tran Quang Company, said that as of August 6, 2021, the whole company has 230 employees, of whom, 200 are working by "3 on the spot" requirements have been given a shot of a vaccine against Covid-19. The company's union hopes that in the coming time, all workers living and working in the province will be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Ms. Dang Thi Kim Chi, President of VSIP Trade Union, also expressed her wish that the province would continue to give priority to vaccination for "3-on-the-spot" companies and mass vaccination for workers, so that they can work with peace of mind to stay and work for a long time with businesses and Binh Duong. For businesses that organize "3 on the spot" requirements with a large number of workers, when vaccinated, the authorities should consider organizing the injection at the enterprise to limit travel to places of large gatherings of people, potentially posing many risks of infection and thereon affecting the "3 on the spot" standard and increasing the burden of Covid-19 testing costs of businesses.
