On September 26, Provincial School of Politics and Provincial Department of Construction jointly held a provincial scientific conference to contribute ideas on "Project for developing social housing and worker housing in Binh Duong province for the period 2021-2025, orientation by 2030”. To overcome limitations and address housing needs for workers and low-income people, comprehensively evaluate the social housing needs of beneficiaries of social housing policies in the province in the coming time, the conference received critical comments, suggestions from experts, scientists, workers, social housing investors, businesses wishing to buy or rent social housing... On that basis, the province will complete and carry out of the project to effectively develop social housing and worker housing in Binh Duong province for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.

According to Department of Construction, by 2025 the province's social housing demand is expected to be 42,816 apartments, with a construction floor area of 1,926,720 square meters.
