It is difficult to imagine all the struggles of doctor Nguyen Duc Tho, manager of the concentrated isolation zone at Becamex My Phuoc social housing area in Ben Cat town during the days of receiving and quarantining overseas Vietnamese under the regulation of the Military Zone 7.
Being unafraid of hardships, doctor Nguyen Duc Tho volunteered to participate in Covid-19 prevention and control activities with a desire of contributing a small part of his strength to the fight against the pandemic. Performing duties in the quarantine area, doctor Tho and his colleagues received people for isolation, made screening, health monitoring, treat common diseases and arrange accommodation for them. Being in the isolated concentrated area, we witnessed the hard work of the "white-shirt soldiers". In the front line of Covid-19 prevention and control, doctor Tho and his colleagues were proactive and flexible in all situations to meet work requirements.

Sharing about his simple and sincere thoughts, doctor Tho said: “People who are in quarantine include many different ages and occupations so their needs and psychology are also different. Therefore, we must regularly encourage and create the closest and most comfortable atmosphere for them to feel secure and have good coordination with medical workers. Usually, every shift only last for 24 hours, but now our medical staff's shift ends when the citizens are back home ”.
In the difficult situation of the pandemic, doctor Tho and his colleagues have always sympathized with isolators’ feelings to have good coordination in implementing regulations on Covid-19 prevention and control. In the eight stages of receiving overseas Vietnamese for isolation, doctor Tho volunteered to participate in 6 stages. The attentive and considerate care of doctor Tho and medical workers in the consolidated isolation area left a good impression on citizens returning from abroad.
