In response to the 2015 summer youth volunteer campaign, provincial Youth Union, Young Entrepreneurs Association, Young Physicians Association and Bau Bang district’s Youth Union, on July 18, co-held a festival named “Young intellectuals volunteering for the community” in Bau Bang district’s Tru Van Tho commune.
At the festival, the organizers provided free medical check-ups, medicine and gifts for 100 locals. They also presented gifts to more than 50 pupils at Tru Van Tho primary school and guided them how to wash their hands against diseases.
In the frame work of the festival, the organizers started construction of a houses of compassion worth VND40mln for Nguyen Duc Anh, a needy youth in Tru Van Tho commune’s hamlet 1; visited and presented gifts to provincial Medical College and TDM University’s voluntary squads; paid a visit to 2 policy beneficiary families…
