For the time, Standing Committee of Provincial Youth’s League has concentrated on accompanying with young people in career orientation and job seeking to support them with career settlement.Connection with young peopleThe highlight of activities in 2013 was the festival of “young human resources of Binh Duong Province for the second time” including workshop on profession orientation and acting interview with enterprises. The festival was the true connection of young people with enterprises, helping them to define personal qualifications and make good choices. Accordingly, students met up provincial leaders and raised questions regarding the policies and regime of attracting human resources to them. They were also offered site visits to industrial parks and companies.

The program of “festival of young human resources for the second time” connects young people yearning for jobs and careers Deriving from the festival of “young people with jobs and careers” and the talk of “job as a career or bread winning?” held by all-level Youth’s League, 7,975 students have been helped, over 5,000 young people trained, and nearly 2,000 young people introduced to jobs at plantations, economic group, youth collectives, and enterprises.As for young people from rural areas, the Provincial Youth’s League has coordinated with organizers to offer members with training courses on law implementation and skills of business incorporation as well as basic information about business management, plans, and negotiation. The members have been offered with site visits to farmsteads of chicken, turtle, rabbits, fish, and goats as the effective economic models. The groups of loan circling and vocational training support have been maintained for young people in rural areas to be achieved in life at the cost of nearly VND 700 million.For the activities, many models emerged including Mr. Bui Van Cuong at Tru Van Tho Commune of Ben Cat District, Mr. Cao Van Doan at An Linh Commune of Phu Giao District.To refine skillsThe movement of “accompanying young people in seeking careers” included not only the support for careers, learning, and jobs but also physical and spiritual health and social skill development.Such movement is meaningful and helpful to young people; however, to suit with provincial conditions and righteous benefits of young people with stable jobs and life, they also need social skills and entertainment.
