The Youth Union in the province is committed to promoting patriotic emulation movements and actively participating in the development of advanced new rural areas, model rural areas, civilized urban areas; and focuses on disseminating information about Party congresses at all levels. To support these initiatives, the district-level Youth Union has proposed various projects and tasks. As part of this effort, grassroots Youth Unions have been launched emulation movements that align with local political objectives.
Last week, Bac Tan Uyen District Youth Union, together with grassroots Youth Unions carried out youth projects to welcome Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. At the launching program, the Youth Union of communes and towns in the district introduced youth projects to welcome Party congresses at all levels with a total value of 215 million VND. This mural painting project aims to enhance the urban landscape and raise awareness of the upcoming Party Congress among residents in the area.
Young people are fostering a spirit of volunteering through projects and youth initiatives that benefit the community via various programs and campaigns. As a result, youth union members and the public have gained a greater understanding of the significance, purpose, and objectives of Party congresses at all levels.
Task orientation
As welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Youth Union's activities and youth movements in 2025 will center around the theme of youth pride and steadfast support for the Party. In this spirit, the Youth Union at all levels aims to implement various projects and initiatives that encourage youth engagement and achievement in preparation for the Party congresses. Additionally, the Youth Union will work to enhance the role of its organization and its members in contributing ideas for the development of the Party and government. This includes providing insights for the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and the 12th Provincial Party Congress.
Furthermore, the Youth Union will continue to promote ideological and political education to ensure that young people have a clear understanding of the Party's guidelines, as well as the State's policies and laws. This effort will also involve educating youth about the traditions of revolutionary struggle, instilling a sense of patriotism, and fostering ethical lifestyles.
To address the challenges in the current situation, the Youth Union at all levels will concentrate on implementing new policies and key projects for the 2022-2027 term, as well as programs and initiatives outlined in the Vietnam Youth Development Strategy for the period 2021-2030. In particular, the Youth Union organizes activities to improve digital capacity for young people, deploys solutions to develop entrepreneurial capacity for young people, and participates in creating an environment to support young people in starting businesses based on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
