The province’s Year of Youth 2011 closed with many significant activities in the task of taking care of youngsters and helping them make their contributions to the community. Hence, the province will continue organizing the Youth Month 2012 with many substantial activities, creating the opportunities for youngsters to train and grow up.
It is known that the province’s Youth Month 2012 will take
place in March with many substantial activities. During the month, the local
youngsters will participate in such activities as the “festive day for
Vietnamese youths”, the programs of “Lighting up the dream of Binh Duong youths”,
environmental protection, employment consultancy… 
Building and handing over compassion houses to the poor will be strongly implemented during the Youth Month 2012
One of the advantages of this year’s youth month is that this is the first year of implementation of the province’s Youth Development Program between 2011 and 2020 and the Government’s Project 103 on supporting youths in vocational training and job creation from now till 2015. They will be strongly implemented during the Youth Month, contributing to diversifying the activities of the Youth Month.
During the Youth Month, provincial Youth Unions at all levels will focus on organizing computer classes for youngsters, making law dissemination among them, helping them rise up out of poverty.... Many meaningful activities towards the 81st founding anniversary of the Youth Union will be also organized.
The local youngsters will also get involved in the “Green Sunday” campaign, the festive day of “Youths with traffic culture”, provide free medical check-ups, medicine for poor people and social policy beneficiaries, build and hand over compassion houses to poor people…
Provincial vice-chairman Huynh Van Nhi, who is also head of provincial Steering Board for Children and Youth Affairs requested that the organization of the Youth Month 2012 must make substantial contributions to the development orientations for youngsters…
