Immediately after provincial Youth Union launched a campaign to celebrate Party Congresses at all levels, district-level Youth Unions and their branches have registered many activities and tasks to celebrate all-level Party congresses for the 2025-2030 tenure. The projects focus on volunteer work and social welfare such as giving away charity houses, offering savings books, organizing programs like “For the Border of the Fatherland”, “Volunteer Spring - Warm Clothes for Children”, “Lighting up the Rural Roads” and caring for disadvantaged children.
In addition, district-level Youth Unions have asked for their branches to implement emulation movements, start construction, inaugurate projects and tasks contributing to the construction of a cultural and civilized lifestyle. A notable example is that in order to celebrate all-level Party Congresses, the Youth Union of Thai Hoa ward in Tan Uyen city has collaborated with Tan Uyen power branch to carry out a project on installing a lighting system on Vinh Phuoc 58 street, with a total value of VND 43 million. The birthday of the project not only facilitates convenient travel for residents, but also contributes to maintaining security and order, ensuring traffic safety at night and building a street that is bright, green, clean, beautiful and safe.
The contents of the emulation movements are identified by all-level Youth Unions, with specific targets for different youth groups through movements on volunteer youth, creative youth and youth actively participating in national defense…Specifically, there are movements such as “Rural Youth Striving for Excellence in Production and Business” and activities participating in the construction of new rural areas for rural youth; the “Youth Joining Hands to Build Urban Civilization” movement for urban youth, promoting a sense of responsibility, professional ethics and office culture among civil servants and public employees through the “3 Responsibilities” movement and administrative procedure reforms. For teenagers and children, there is the “Binh Duong Children Strive to Follow Uncle Ho's 5 Teachings” movement; for military youth, there are the emulation movements “Reaching for New Heights” and “Youth Mastering Science and Technology”. Additionally, there are movements like “Studying and Practicing Uncle Ho's 6 Teachings – Active, Creative, and Volunteering for National Security” among the People’s Police youth, and patriotic emulation movements among specific youth groups… These emulation movements will highlight enthusiasm, roles and creativity of the local teenagers and children in aspects.

To carry out youth projects, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has directed district-level Youth Unions and their branches to organize and create conditions for Youth Union members to focus on carrying out tasks based on the motto of "Each Youth Union member and young person should complete at least two tasks to celebrate the 95th founding anniversary of the Party and to welcome Party Congresses at all levels”. Accordingly, Youth Unions at all levels have organized diverse forms of propaganda, mobilization and activities to participate in achieving the goals and tasks for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in each locality and unit.
Youth Unions at all levels have organized many youth works on building new-style rural areas, making urban rejuvenation and building civilized and modern cities via activities in celebration of the Party and New Year, the “Volunteer Spring” campaign, the “Youth Month”, the 2025 “Summer Volunteer Campaign”…Last week, the Youth Union of Binh Thang ward in Di An city launched the “Volunteer Spring” Campaign and “Civilized Saturday” for 2025. During this activity, a large number of the local Youth Union members actively participated in cleaning up streets, rejuvenating youth flowerbeds at the foot of Ba Hiep bridge, bringing the ward a cleaner and more beautiful appearance.
In addition, Youth Union branches will organize and implement activities in peak forms, with simultaneous campaigns such as environmental protection, "Volunteer Saturday", "Green Sunday", the "Green, Modern Office" model, the "Drinking Water, Remembering its Source - Paying Gratitude" activity and activities caring for Youth Union members, students, workers and disadvantaged children during the Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday.
