This "Zero-Dong Market" session presented shopping vouchers to 500 workers, people having difficult circumstances in the province and members of Provincial Blind Association. Each voucher was worth 2.7 million VND, including 500,000 VND in cash, a health check ticket at Medic Binh Duong General Hospital, and many essential items. The total expenditure of the market was 1.5 billion VND.

Speaking at the program, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Nhan respectfully thanked organizations, individuals, units and businesses who have always supported and accompanied Provincial Red Cross in humanitarian activities.
