Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company (BCCE) debuted 20mil shares under the code BCE on the HCM City Stock Exchange on June 28 at VND30,000 a share. This is the 269th company listed on the bourse. BCCE is founded in 2002 and now has VND200bil in the chartered capital. Expectedly, the company will raise its chartered capital up to VND300bil in 2011.
