In preparation for the functioning of this political system, Thu Dau Mot Ward has arranged offices and equipment for its leaders and specialized departments. They have ensured the smooth operation of essential services, including electricity, water, internet, and telephone systems, and installed department nameplates as well as new headquarters signs.
At the Public Administration Service Center (PASC), the ward has reviewed and reorganized equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, surveillance cameras, an automatic number-taking system, satisfaction assessment boards, identification systems, and reception counters. They have also ensured a stable network connection and software performance. Moreover, the locality plans to synchronize data from the wards after the merger to create a shared database, which will encompass the management of population records, land administration, construction permits, and household registrations, prioritizing essential data to facilitate administrative procedures.
During the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi commended the efforts of Thu Dau Mot Ward in promptly and seriously activating the political system since June 16. He emphasized that for the new ward to operate smoothly and effectively, the leaders, especially the head, must comprehensively lead, direct, and command operations. It is crucial to draft a management charter, promote economic development, foster a civilized and modern society, prioritize the welfare of the people, ensure national defense and security, build a strong and clean Party, and improve services for the community and businesses. Additionally, the Provincial Party Secretary tasked Thu Dau Mot Ward Party Committee with preparing for the organization of the congress for the 2025-2030 term.
