The Army Central Hospital 108 needs to constantly improve the professional skills of its medical workers to help them fulfill their tasks caring for senior Party and State leaders and army personnel, said State President Nguyen Minh Triet.

Tran Hoang Anh, a “knight” of Phu Hoa crime fighting club who is famous for 350 times capturing law violating persons in 13 years, is nominated to lead Hiep Thanh crime fighting club. At 16:00 of the same day, the newly-formed club has captured Nguyen Tan Duy who was wanted for asset robbery. One hours later, the club captured Nguyen Van Phat for attempt to thieve a motorcycle.
