Before hand, the PPC has not agreed with measures proposed by investing units. The proposal to construct embarkments of 1,850m for Dong Nai River banks from Rach Tre Bridge to office of Tan Uyen Party Committee will cost up to VND 300 billion; however, presentation of causes is not convincing. Thus, investing unit is allowed construct embarkments in the most risky areas. The PPC also demanded Tan Uyen District to come up with plans to reallocate households in the area to safer place.
