3 highlighted youth works of the provincial level have brought good impressions. First, the work of provincial Young Talent Fund including 3 prizes of Young Talent Award for leaguers, Doan Thi Lien Award for high school pupils and students and Ho Van Men Award for primary pupils. The fund’s managerial board has over the past 2 years received contributions of businesses and individuals with the total value of over VND1bil, reaching 100% of the proposed resolutions. The managerial board granted prizes to excellent leaguers and students with the total value of VND521mil.
Local Youth Federation launches 2 new projects
The provincial Youth Federation on July 22 held its 3rd congress to partially sum up its activities in the first half of 2010 and contribute ideas for its activities in the rest months. The executive board of federation focused on activities of taking care for youths, especially young workers.

Gratitude houses donated to families in northern Lao Cai province
A delegation from Binh Duong province’s Military Command, led by political commissar Nguyen Cong Danh, visited and handed over 15 gratitude houses worth VND40mln each to 15 privileged families in the northern province of Lao Cai. They are the families of martyrs, war invalids and veterans under two battalions of Hoang Lien Son 1 and Hoang Lien Son 2. Each family was also presented a 21-inch TV worth VND2mln and a saving book of VND2mln.
