Since early this year, provincial War Veterans’ Society, Women’s Union, Youth Union, Labor Union and many other mass organizations have great contributed to minimizing traffic accidents via the propaganda work in response to the Traffic Safety Year. Many propaganda activities on traffic safety have brought positive results and have been further maintained.

At the meeting, female officials and members tracked back history and tradition of Vietnamese women through stages.

Dieu Hoa hamlet is home to 324 women, 286 of whom are the local women union’s members. It is not easy to gather rural sisters when many of them must take care of their families and farming work. However, the hamlet women union is always a unit leading in local movements. Under the Plan No.10/KH-BVD dated Oct.24, 2011 of provincial Mobilization Board of the Day for the Poor, provincial Fatherland Front Committee has just donated essential home decorations, including tables, chairs, wardrobes, beds, TV sets, electric cookers…, to 79 policy beneficiary families with a total expense of more than VND2.1bln.

At the meeting, youths and unionists tracked back glorious tradition of the union. As of Oct. 2012, the entire city has 14 committees for youth federation union at communes and wards and 8 at high schools and vocational schools with over 11,043 members.

The road has a length of over 8,000m and width of 5m with the total value of over VND21bil. As planned, the project will be finalized within 280 days.

Early Oct.15, TDM city’s People’s Committee implemented a plan on the 2020 Youth Development Program.

Process of rapid urbanization has made agricultural land area reduce strongly.  Thu Dau Mot city Farmers' Society has therefore encouraged local farmers to  change purpose of land using and to restructure plants and species in conformity with land and local conditions... As a result, local farmers' life has been stabilized.

Germany will continue assisting the central province of Thua Thien-Hue in education, heritage preservation, bomb and mine clearance, resettlement, and coping with natural disasters in more appropriate forms.
