On January 4, the Provincial National Assembly delegation held a conference to collect opinions on the draft Land Law (amended). Attending the conference were Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly delegation; Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; leaders of Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, departments, branches, businesses in the province and experts.
At the conference, delegates contributed opinions on key content of the draft Land Law (amended). Namely, delegates said that currently many manufacturing and commercial enterprises are facing difficulties in land planning to serve production, business and housing development. The draft still has many points that need to be clarified regarding urban planning accompanied by land and issues related to land use rights recovery and auction.
Concluding the conference, Loi acknowledged and at the same time requested the Secretary of Provincial National Assembly Delegation to gather all opinions to make proposals improving policy and land law in order to create a solid legal corridor, strengthen state management in the land sector, contributing to promoting the sustainable development of the real estate market; help the Provincial National Assembly Delegation gain more information for contributing opinions and completing the draft Land Law (amended) at the upcoming National Assembly session.
