From November 19 to 20, the Department of Finance, in coordination with the Department of Management of Public Assets - Ministry of Finance, organized a training conference to implement Decree No. 114/2024/ND-CP dated September 15, 2024, of the Government on amending and supplementing several articles of Decree No. 151/2017/ND-CP of the Government detailing certain articles of the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets, and training on inventorying public assets for leaders and accountants of agencies, units, and People's Committees at the district and commune levels.
During the 2-day training, the trainees were shared an overview and the changes of Decree No. 114/2024/ND-CP compared to Decree No. 151/2017/ND-CP by lecturers from the Department of Public Asset Management; guidance on the inventory management software.
At the conference, the lecturer also addressed the difficulties, obstacles, and questions of agencies and units in the process of law enforcement so that officials and civil servants could understand more deeply the legal regulations related.
