Department of Finance, in coordination with the Price Management Department under Ministry of Finance, held a training conference to disseminate the new regulations of the Price Law No. 16/2023/QH15 (Price Law 2023) and the guiding documents for the implementation of the law in Binh Duong province.
More than 400 delegates attended the training conference, coming from various departments, agencies, organizations, and units of the province; the People’s Committees of districts and cities; business units, service organizations, and valuation companies operating in the province. The delegates listened to the presenters conveying the new contents of the Price Law 2023 and the guidance documents regarding the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals engaged in the trade of goods and services, and consumers in the field of pricing, the duties and powers of state management agencies on pricing and valuation, the State's activities in managing and regulating prices, the inspection, monitor, and impose of administrative penalties for violations in the field of pricing.
