PPC has issued Decision 1212/QD-UBND (dated May 23rd 2016) on publicizing administrative procedures (APs) under the jurisdiction of Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, district-level People's Committees and communal People's Committees of Binh Duong province.
Accordingly, this decision is accompanied by 124 procedures under the jurisdiction of Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, district-level People's Committees and communal People's Committees of Binh Duong province; 124 APs in the fields of revolutionary contributors, social protection, labor - employment, social evils.
PPC also issued Decision 843/QD-UBND on publicizing APs that are abolished and replaced under the jurisdiction of Department of Finance. Accordingly, the decision replaces two APs in the fields of registration, granting the number of units related to state budget; and abolishes one AP in the field of allocation, payment and settlement of irrigation fee compensation, exemption under provincial the jurisdiction of PPC in Decision No. 2434/QD-UBND dated Sep 22nd 2015 on publicizing the AP series under the jurisdiction of Department of Finance.
