After completing the 9th grade, Quyen from the Mekong province of Tra Vinh followed his family to Binh Duong for earning a living. After that, he worked for Kurabe Company at electronics component fixing and production line. During the process of working at the company, Quyen likes this job, so he takes advantage of free time to join in an industrial electricity class at Binh Duong intermediate school.

Binh Duong consumes 5,281 million KWh of electricity
Thanks to effective measures, in the past 9 months Binh Duong has economized 128 million kWh of electricity. Over the past time, the local electricity sector has newly installed 15,452 galvanometers, lifting total galvanometers of the entire system up to 322,781. The rate of electricity using households in the whole province has reached 99.9%.
