On Dec. 18, SetiaBecamex JSC, the investor of My Phuoc Ecolakes eco-urban area handed 251 street houses over clients. The hand-over was completed 2 months ahead of schedule. The street houses are under the first phase of Ecolakes project.

At the handover ceremony, SetiaBecamex general director Khoo Teck Chong, said “Based on an ideal of green quarters, all electric cable wires, telecom and water drainage systems are underground, ensuring safety and increasing aesthetic. Every housing area is protected strictly, assuring safety for residents. SetiaBecamex will offer protection services free of charge within first 2 years for its clients”. Ecolakes My Phuoc is one of Vietnam’s biggest real estate project so far. The 226ha, US$620mil project is zoned according to eco-conservation, bringing new living standards for Vietnamese residents.Ecolakes wins 2 prestigious international prizes of Vietnam’s best real estate project and FIABCI Prix d>Excellence in 2010.
