Provincial Job Introducing Center is a familiar address of labor supply for enterprises. In recent years, the center has cooperated with companies like Foster, Onamba, Kon Do, Yazaki, Wanek Funiter to organize and join many job transaction sessions in Thua Thien – Hue, Quang Tri, Quang Binh, Thanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Quang Nam, Binh Thuan, and Mekong Delta provinces like Ca Mau, Bac Lieu, Soc Trang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Tien Giang.

One the provinces having the best connection with Binh Duong for labor supply is Kien Giang province. The two Jon Introducing Centers of Binh Duong and Kien Giang province have worked together to organize visits to learn about production scale, working conditions, accommodation, salary of workers at Binh Duong enterprises. Thus, since 2007, Kien Giang province has introduced thousands of labors to Binh Duong through Job Introducing Centers and other channels. Kien Giang also signed contracts to supply labors for 12 Binh Duong enterprises like Showa Gloves Company, Foster Electric Company, Onamba, Truong Thanh Wood, 3-2 Garment, Wanek, Scancom, etc.
Furthermore, more than 30 provinces have associated with Binh Duong to supply labors through this “triangular” model, meeting provincial demand of labors. From 2007 to 2013, provinces like Kien Giang, Soc Trang, Dong Thap, Phu Yen, Tra Vinh, Bac Lieu, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, Quang Tri introduced 32,000 labors to Binh Duong businesses. During the last 9 months, provincial Job Introducing Center associated with An Giang, Soc Trang, Dong Thap, Tra Vinh to bring 1,445 labors to Binh Duong province and work for Panko, Kondo Textile, RK resources, Duy Tam Company.

Over time, there have been more and more labors coming to Binh Duong province. Thus provincial Job Introducing Center in coordination with vocational schools of Quang Ngai, Phu Yen, Dong Thap, Quang Nam, Kien Giang, and universities of Tra Vinh, Vinh Long has opened training courses to be able to provide qualified workers for businesses.
The “triangular” linkage to supply labors for enterprises is a way to connect labors with jobs, labors, with vocational facilities, businesses. This model has introduced jobs to labors and accelerated development process in Binh Duong province.
