His orchid garden is known by many people. Everyday, his wife Bui Thi Thanh Hien carries orchid pots across the town to buy. According to her, a basket of normal orchid is sold at VND40,000. The price of various beautiful and precious orchids can amount to several millions of dong a big pot.
On the annual Tet festival, his family regularly hires a shop in the center of the town to buy various orchids with the average income of several hundreds of millions of dong. The orchid-growing model has not only helped he and his wife secure a stable life, but also satisfied his passion for various orchids.
