That is Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, who is Trade Union’s Vice-Chairwoman of Shyang Hung Cheng Company. She is an example of industriousness, studiousness to overcome difficulties in life. After energetic and enthusiastic working years, now she is in charge of Trade Union’s Vice-Chairwoman and Female committee’s Head of Shyang Hung Cheng Company.
She gives advices to Trade Union’s executive committee as well as Board of Directors to disseminate legal rights and obligations of workers, especially female workers through many forms, such as: training, newsletter, employee handbook, and so on. She also suggests policies that are beneficial to female workers being pregnant or having children.

Besides, to implement regulations in accordance with laws, Ms. Hoa suggests preferential regulations for female workers having children less than 6 years old; devise annual action plans for female employees; organizes discussions about reproductive health; generalize methods of birth control among female workers.
In addition, contents of Vietnamese women’s virtuous characters in the new era reproductive health, communication skills, and breastfeeding have been given to female workers. Monthly, she and Female committee propagate laws, benefits of maternity leave, having babies, taking pregnancy tests.
According to Ms. Hoa, because the company has a large quantity of female workers, taking care of physical and spiritual life as well as guaranteeing benefits of female workers is a significant duty that can keep worker’s mind on their work.
Due to her continuous efforts, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa received a certificate of merit from provincial Labour Confederation for outstanding activities in consecutive 5 years, and “Good at state affairs, responsible for family affairs” certificate of merit from Vietnam General Labour Confederation.
