Under the Resolution of the 7th local Party congress for the 2015-2020 tenure, An Linh commune has mobilized all resources to develop comprehensive agriculture, boost hi-tech application into production while creating favorable conditions for people to get preferential loans, apply sci-tech advancements into production. After three years of implementing the Resolution of the 7th local Party congress for the 2015-2020 tenure, the commune has reached the annual economic growth of 13%. The average income of the local people in 2017 was VND44million per capita. The local economic structure was shifted in the right direction. The proportion of agricultural production accounted for 85% of the local economic structure.
As of late 2017, 100% of the local schools met national standards. The rate of poor households herein reduced to 0.58%. Especially, the commune fulfilled all 19 criteria of the new rural construction program and was recognized as a new rural commune in 2015…
Well realizing project on agriculture, rural development
Tran Thu Thuy, Chairwoman of An Linh communal Farmers’ Society said that over the past three years, the local Farmers’ Society mobilized people to change economic models in line with the local situation. Upon this, many new economic models have been implemented very effectively, promoting the local economy. They include Cao Van Doan’s model of breeding crickets, Nguyen Huu Huan’s model of raising quails, Nguyen Huu Tuan’s model of planting tangerines…
Vu Duc Thuan, Chairman of An Linh communal People’s Committee affirmed that the communal People’s Committee will continue making the shift of economic structure towards the growth of industry, home industry and trade-services. The commune will strive to reach the local economic structure at 70%, 15% and 15% of agriculture, industry-home industry, trade-service by 2020; get the annual economic growth of 13% and above; achieve the average income per capita of VND55million per year; decrease the rate of poor households by 2020 to below 2%...
In terms of solutions, Mr.Thuan said that the communal People’s Committee will continue drastically and effectively realizing projects on agriculture and rural development; mobilize internal forces and uphold external ones to improve the quality of criteria of the new rural construction program. The commune will also attach special importance to developing specialized areas on growing various plants with hi-economic value, expanding linkage models in production…
